HKARE was first established in 2021. There are four founders in the company who have extensive backgrounds in working in health and social care with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour in vulnerable adults and children. We are based in Southampton and provide services in Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.
